A New Approach To Team-Building
This is a hands-on team building workshop where your team writes and produces an original song.
No musical experience needed. It's built to be playful first: a shared activity that gets people laughing, contributing, and seeing each other differently. The song you walk away with is the bonus, not the point — though most teams end up loving it enough to want to use it.
We ran one of these with Buiten Bazen, and the song that came out of it still gets played back in the team chat.
How It Works:
You bring your team. We bring the structure, the prompts, and the guitar. Through a series of playful, easy-to-engage exercises, everyone contributes — values, ideas, inside jokes, all of it. By the end of the session, your team has written a real song, together.

More time to dig into the writing itself — more exercises, more depth, more of the team's actual story woven into the lyrics. Best for teams who want the writing process itself to be the centerpiece of the day.
